Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds - lean ground beef, browned & drained
  • 1 packages - taco seasoning mix
  • 1 packages - Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cups - water
  • 1 cans - pinto beans with jalapenos
  • 1 cans - kidney beans
  • 1 cans - black beans
  • 1 cans - Ranch style beans
  • 2 cans - yellow corn or hominy
  • 1 cans - diced tomatoes
  • 1 cans - Rotel tomatoes
  • - grated cheese, optional
  • - sour cream, optional
  • - guacamole, optional
  • Directions:

    Mix meat and seasonings in large pot and add remaining ingredients (using liquid from canned goods as well). Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with cornbread or chips.
    Optional toppings: grated cheese, sour cream and/or guacamole.
