Sweet Potato Fluff Casserole Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 cups - sweet potatoes (about 4 good sized ones)
  • 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 1/2 cups - butter
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  • 1/3 cups - milk, optional
  • Topping
  • 1/3 cups - melted butter
  • 1 cups - light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups - flour
  • 1 cups - chopped pecans, or a little more, as desired
  • Directions:

    Peel, boil and mash sweet potatoes.

    Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Pour into a 13-x-9-inch baking dish.

    Mix together topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of potato mixture in baking dish.

    Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.
