Sweet Potato Casserole Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 6 - medium yams, cooked
  • 3 tablespoons - butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups - sugar
  • 3 tablespoons - orange liqueur
  • 1 teaspoons - grated orange rind
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  • 1 - large egg
  • 1/2 cans - Eagle Brand
  • 1/2 cans - evaporated milk
  • Topping
  • 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  • 1 cups - chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cups - flour
  • 1/3 cups - butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  • Directions:

    Mash the potatoes with butter.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes (shield with foil if necessary).

    Mix together topping ingredients and spread over top of baked casserole.
