Ingredients:

Casserole
  • 3 cups - cooked mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cups - sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cups - milk
  • 1 tablespoons - vanilla
  • 1/2 cups - butter, 1/2 cup = 1 stick
  • - pinch of salt
  • Topping
  • 1 cups - brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups - flour
  • 1/2 cups - butter, 1/2 cup = 1 stick
  • 1/2 cups - chopped pecans
  • - shredded coconut
  • Directions:

    Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, butter and salt. Place in a casserole dish.

    Mix together topping ingredients: brown sugar, flour, pecans, coconut and butter; spread over top of potatoes.

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until topping begins to brown.
