Sweet Gingered Chicken Wings Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

Chicken Wings
  • 1 cups - all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons - salt
  • 2 teaspoons - paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  • 24 - chicken wings
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 cups - honey
  • 1/4 cups - frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoons - ground ginger
  • - snipped fresh parsley, optional
  • Directions:

    In a bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Coat chicken wings in flour mixture; shake off excess. Place wings on a large greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drain off fat.

    Combine honey, orange juice concentrate and ginger; brush generously over the wings.

    Reduce oven to 325 degrees F. Bake the coated wings for 30 to 40 more minutes or until chicken tests done, basting occasionally with more sauce.

    Sprinkle with parsley before serving, if desired.
