  • 8 ears - sweet corn, husks removed
  • 4 cups - water, enough to cover corn
  • 1 1/2 cups - whole milk or half and half
  • 2 tablespoons - sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoons - salt
  • Directions:

    In large pan, bring 3-4 cups of water, milk, sugar and salt to a boil over high heat. Add sweet corn to rolling boiling water and cook 5 minutes. Remove corn from pot with tongs and immediately brush with butter.
