  • 1/4 cups - low-fat balsamic vinaigrette
  • 3 - large navel oranges
  • 1/2 - red onion
  • 6 cups - Romaine or leaf lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons - sliced almonds
  • Directions:

    In a bowl, place lettuce, oranges, and onion.

    Toss with dressing and sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
