  • 8 ounces - (250 g) light spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons - (30 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoons - (5 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups - (60 mL) finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (reconstituted, if dried)
  • 1/4 cups - (60 mL) fresh basil
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • Directions:

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a bowl.

    Add tomatoes, basil and garlic and mix well.

    Let sit for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
