Ingredients:

Sukhi Chutney
  • 1/2 cups - Daliya
  • 1 pieces - Ginger
  • 4 pieces - Green Chillies
  • 1/4 cups - Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 cups - Coriander
  • 20 pieces - Kadipatta
  • - Salt, To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Sanchal
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  • Sukhi Bhel
  • 4 cups - Puffed Rice
  • 1 cups - Potatoes, Boiled and Chopped
  • 1 cups - Onion, Chopped
  • 1 cups - Tomato, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups - Peanuts, Roasted
  • 1 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoons - Sanchal
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
  • 4 tablespoons - Puris, Crushed
  • 4 tablespoons - Sev
  • 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  • Directions:

    For Sukhi Chutney

    Crush Daliya, Ginger and Green Chillies in a mixer.
    Now add all the other ingredients and churn in a mixer again.

    For Bhel
    Mix everything together. Add chutney to taste and enjoy.
