  • 2 cups - Sugar Free Chocolate Ice Cream, slightly softened
  • 1 - 3 oz pkg. Sugar free Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 1/2 cups - Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 1 cups - Grape Nuts
  • 1 cups - Cool Whip Free
  • Directions:

    Place all in medium bowl & beat together with mixer. Line an 8X8 pan or glass container with wax paper & pour mixture in. Freeze. Cut in bars

    Even I, who does not like peanut butter, loved these. They are even great using regular ingredients instead of fat free. Wonderful quick, healthy snack.
