    Brief Description

All the flavors of stuffed peppers with the trouble of actually stuffing individual bell pepper

    Main Ingredient:

    bell peppers/ground beef

    Category:  Casseroles

    Cuisine:  American

    Prep Time: 20 min
    Cook Time: 35 min

We prefer to use red, yellow and orange sweet bell peppers in this, but green would be fine too.

This is a great make ahead meal. Follow directions through the assembly, refrigerate and bake the next day.

I haven't tried freezing it, but I imagine it would probably do well.
