Stuffed Mushrooms Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds - medium to large mushrooms
  • 1 packages - (2.5oz) processed ham
  • 1 cloves - garlic
  • 1/2 cups - bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cups - chopped green pepper
  • 3 tablespoons - fat free Italian salad dressing
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Remove stems from mushrooms with Tomato Corer and set aside. Place mushroom caps in the 9×13 Baker.

    Chop mushroom stems with Food Chopper to make 1/2 cup, measured in Adjustable Measuring Cup. Chop ham with the Food Chopper. Julienne pepper with Ultimate Slice & Grate. Press garlic with Garlic Press. Grate bread with Cheese Grater.

    Place all ingredients except mushroom caps in Batter Bowl. Mix with Mix-N-Scraper to combine. Use small Stainless Steel Scoop to place mixture into mushroom caps. Pat down mixture with back of scoop.

    Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven with Oven Mitts and cool on Stackable Cooling Rack.

    Notes

    Here’s a good chance to discuss and practice substitutions for a healthier version: obviously, omit the ham and substitute turkey bacon; use almond flour instead of bread crumbs. Make your own salad dressing.
