Stuffed Mushrooms Tell a Friend

  • 30 - large mushrooms
  • 1/2 pounds - bulk sausage
  • 1 cups - chopped dried tart cherries
  • 2 - green onions, sliced
  • 8 ounces - soft cream cheese
  • Directions:

    Rinse mushroom caps and drain well.

    Cook sausage in large skillet, stirring to break up meat, about 5 minutes or until done. Remove from heat.

    Add cherries, onions and cream cheese; mix well.

    Fill each mushroom cap with heaping teaspoonful of mixture. Place filled caps on lightly greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 425 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
