Stuffed Chicken Rolls Tell a Friend

  • 1 packages - Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken, 8 oz.
  • 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
  • 6 - small boneless skinless chicken breast halves, about 1-1/2 lbs; pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
  • 1 cans - condensed cream of chicken soup, 10-3/4 oz.
  • 1/2 cups - milk
  • 1 teaspoons - paprika
  • Directions:

    1. Combine stuffing mix and 1 cup water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs.

    2. Spread mixture over chicken breast, to within 1/2 inch of edges; roll chicken from short end to enclose stuffing mixture.

    3. Place chicken rolls, seam side down, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.

    4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
