Ingredients:

  • 4 - raw banana, boiled and mashed
  • 3 tablespoons - Green Peas, Boiled
  • 3 tablespoons - French Beans, Boiled
  • 3 tablespoons - Cabbage, Grated
  • 4 teaspoons - Green Chili Paste
  • 15 pieces - Cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Lemon Flower
  • 3 tablespoons - Coriander
  • - Salt, To Taste
  • 1 cups - Urad Dal Batter, Soak for 4 hours. Crush Green Chili with the batter
  • - Oil, To Fry
  • To Serve
  • - Tamarind Chutney
  • - Coriander Chutney
  • - Curd
  • - Chili Powder
  • - Chaat Masala
  • - Pomegranate Seeds
  • - Green Grapes
  • - Sev
  • Directions:

    Mix potato, peas, french beans, cabbage, green chili paste, cashew, sugar, lemon flower, salt and coriander. Make round balls.
    In the batter, add salt and water as required. Mix oil.
    Fry the vadas.
    Serve hot with the ingredients.
