Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups - fresh strawberries
  • 1 cups - chopped green pepper
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper
  • 2 - green onions
  • 2 teaspoons - fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cups - Catalina salad dressing
  • - splash of hot sauce, optional
  • Directions:

    Dice strawberries and vegetables finely and mix with the salad dressing.

    Add hot sauce, if desired.

    Allow to set in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
