Strawberry Overnight Oats Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups - oats
  • 1/2 cups - milk (or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoons - chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons - flaxseed meal
  • 1/8 teaspoons - vanilla
  • - dash of salt
  • 3 - to 4 strawberries, mashed*
  • 1 tablespoons - honey, more or less, to taste
  • 1/2 cups - yogurt (strawberry yogurt recommended)
  • - additional strawberries for topping
  • Directions:

    In a mason jar or Tupperware container, combine all ingredients and stir well to combine. Refrigerate overnight

    In the morning stir well and top with additional chopped strawberries.

    *For the mashed strawberries, just cut them up into chunks and then mash them with the back of a fork to get the juices and flavor into the oats.

    Brief Description

    Mix all ingredients the night before and keep in the fridge for a quick, healthy breakfast the next morning.
