Strawberry and Orange Fruit Bowls with Walnut Cream Tell a Friend

  • 3 cups - fresh strawberries, cut into halves
  • 4 - medium navel oranges, peeled, sectioned
  • 4 ounces - cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cups - low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cups - firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons - white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cups - finely chopped toasted walnuts
  • Directions:

    1. Combine strawberries and orange sections. Divide among 6 glass serving bowls.

    2. Whisk together cream cheese, yogurt, brown sugar and vinegar until creamy. Stir in half the walnuts.

    3. Pour cream cheese mixture over the fruit just before serving. Sprinkle remaining walnuts on top.
