Ingredients:

  • 400 grams - flat rice noodles
  • 2 tbles - mild oil
  • 600 grams - chicken mince
  • 4 - garlic cloves
  • 200 grams - green beans, beans cut in half
  • 60 ml - sweet chilli oil
  • 60 ml - fish sauce
  • 60 ml - dRk soy sauce
  • 60 ml - light soul sauce
  • 1 tbles - sugar
  • handful - Thai basil or plain basil
  • Directions:

    Prepare the flat noodles according to packet instructions

    Place wok or frying pan over a high heat and add oil. Add chicken mince and brown well, stirring frequently, then add garlic and beans. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes.

    Add all the sauces along with sugar and stir well.
    Add the prepared rice noodles and toss to combine. Remove from heat, stir through basil and serve in bowls.
