Stir Fried Chicken Teriyaki Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cups - vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cups - soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons - light molasses
  • 2 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons - ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons - dry mustard
  • 5 - chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups - snow peas
  • 1/2 cups - bamboo shoots
  • 4 - green onions, sliced
  • - fresh cooked rice, for serving with
  • Directions:

    Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, molasses, minced garlic, ginger, and dry mustard in a medium bowl. Place chicken strips into bowl and marinate.

    Remove chicken and pour half of marinade into work. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

    Serve with rice.
