  • 6 - chicken leg, deboned & diced
  • 2 cups - asparagus, blanched, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cups - cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 - onion, coarsely sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoons - garlic paste
  • - ginger, grated, to taste
  • - soy sauce, to taste
  • - oyster sauce, to taste
  • - chili sauce, to taste
  • - chili oil, to taste
  • - sesame oil, to taste
  • Directions:

    Heat oil in skillet or wok and stir-fry chicken pieces until golden; remove to paper towel and set aside. Sautee onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant; add asparagus, cashews and other seasonings. Simmer for one minute; add chicken and mix well.
    To serve, pour over noodles or serve with Chinese steamed rice.
