Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds - Squash, diced
  • 3/4 cups - Sour Cream
  • 1 whole - Carrot, chopped
  • 1 cans - Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 packages - Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 sticks - Butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoons - dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoons - dried thyme
  • Directions:

    Combine squash, sour cream, carrot, cream of chicken soup, basil, and thyme. Place in buttered casserole dish.

    Mix together the bread crumbs and butter. Place on top of the casserole. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
