  • 2 tablespoons - sliced green onions
  • 2 pounds - Boneless Center Cut Thick Pork Chops
  • 2/3 cups - lime juice
  • 1/3 cups - tequila or orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons - chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons - chopped green chilies or jalapeno chilies
  • 1 teaspoons - minced garlic
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in sealed food storage bag. Place bag in bowl and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

    Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Remove chops from marinade and grill 7 to 9 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
