Spanish Rice Salad Tell a Friend

  • 3 cups - Rice, cooked, cooled
  • 5 - Green Onions, thinly sliced; some tops
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Soy Sauce, 1/2 to 1 tsp; high in sodium
  • 1/3 cups - Light Italian Dressing, try herbs and spices
  • 3 cups - Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • Directions:

    Combine above ingredients (except spinach). Can chill overnight.

    Chop the spinach. Toss with rice mixture and serve.
