  • 1 cans - stewed tomatoes, undrained, 14.5 oz.
  • 1/2 cups - water
  • 1 cans - black beans, rinsed, 15.5 oz.
  • 1 cups - uncooked instant brown rice
  • 1 cups - corn kernels
  • 1/2 teaspoons - cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons - chili powder
  • Directions:

    In a large pan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
