Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 pounds - boneless steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cans - 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 3 cups - water
  • 2 - large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 ribs - celery, chopped
  • 2 - carrots, sliced
  • 3 - beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoons - basil
  • 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups - mixed frozen vegetables
  • Directions:

    1. In a slow cooker, combine steak, tomatoes, water, potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, bouillon cubes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high 6 hours.

    2. Add frozen vegetables. Cover and cook an additional 2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
