There are 3 things in potato peel:
      1 – Fiber
      2 – Dirt
      3 – Pesticide.
You can’t wash away Dirt and Pesticide..
Do you really want to eat Dirt and Pesticide ?
FYI – The “eat the peel” fad started by people too lazy to peel potatoes. Now, they’re enjoying the consequences of eating Dirt and Pesticide.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We enjoy washing our potatoes and eating them with the peel in tact, and I completely appreciate that other people will enjoy their potatoes differently for a variety of reasons. Thanks for stopping by today.
