Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups - Butter
  • 3/4 cups - Onion, Chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cups - Green bell pepper, Chopped into small pieces
  • 1/3 cups - Celery , Chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cloves - Garlic
  • 4 tablespoons - Flour
  • 1 cups - Tomato juice
  • 1/2 cans - Celery soup, Undiluted
  • 2 pounds - Shrimp, Cleaned and cooked
  • - Pepper, to taste
  • - Tobasco or Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, t taste
  • Directions:

    1. Cook first 5 ingredients for 15 min., until soft.

    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste. Cook together until shrimp is cooked.

    3. Serve immediately over rice, white or brown.
