Shrimp De Jhong Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups - Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups - White wine
  • 1/3 cups - Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Paprika
  • 2 cloves - Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups - Shrimp, cooked, peeled, de-veined
  • 2 cups - Soft bread crumbs
  • Directions:

    Mix butter, wine, parsley, paprika and garlic.

    Place shrimp in buttered baking pan. Pour butter mix over the shrimp, then sprinkle bread crumbs over the shrimp.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
