Shrimp Cocktail Soup Tell a Friend

  • 2 cups - chicken broth
  • 1 cups - prepared cocktail sauce, 1 jar
  • 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons - horseradish, I use more
  • 1 teaspoons - worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups - cooked shrimp, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons - parsley, finely chopped
  • Directions:

    In a large bowl combine broth, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, and Worcestershire. Stir in shrimp and parsley. Chill 1 hour.
    Serve in Martini glasses and garnish with shrimp.
    Optional: To decorate the glasses, wet rim with lemon juice and dip in seasoned salt or Old Bay.

    Brief Description

    Served chilled in martini glasses with a whole shrimp over the rim. Great for summer entertaining.
