Shredded Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich Tell a Friend

  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cans - sliced pineapple in juice, small can, drained
  • 1 bottles - teriyaki sauce
  • - Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • - Garlic Powder, to taste
  • 4 whole - wheat buns
  • Directions:

    Place chicken and half the bottle of teriyaki sauce and seasonings in the Crockpot.

    Cook on low for at least 8 hours.

    Remove chicken and shred with two forks.

    Place chicken in bowl and mix with remaining teriyaki (in bottle). Do not make it soupy, you just want it to be a little moist.

    Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, grill pineapple slices until they begin to brown.

    Assemble sandwiches and enjoy!
