  • 4 pounds - to 5 pounds Chuck Roast (boneless), trim off all fat
  • 1 teaspoons - granular beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoons - garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons - rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoons - parsley
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    Mix spices together and spread on roast. Place it in the crockpot.

    Cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours with lid on (no need to add juice; will make its own).

    Pull apart when cool.
