Shepherd’s Pie Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 pounds - Potatoes, peeled, cooked
  • 2 pounds - Ground beef
  • 1/2 cups - Onion, chopped
  • 1 cans - Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoons - Butter, melted
  • 1 cups - sour cream, 8oz
  • 1 - Small sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cans - Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cups - Milk
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    1. Mash potatoes and add sour cream, salt and pepper, and set aside.

    2. Cook meat, onion and red pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain and add corn, mushroom soup and milk.

    3. Spread meat and vegetable mixture in 3 quart baking dish, top with mashed potatoes and drizzle with butter.

    4. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
