Seven Seas Style Creamy Italian Dressing Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cups - olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves - to 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons - sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons - onion powder
  • - salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons - white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cups - mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cups - half-and-half
  • Directions:

    Place oil, garlic, sugar, onion powder, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor and pulse until garlic is chopped. Then blend at low speed for 1 minute or until mixture is puréed.

    Add vinegar, mayonnaise and half-and-half; blend well.

    Taste for seasoning (adjusting onion, garlic powder and/or vinegar as needed).

    Refrigerate at least 3 hours before using.
