Ingredients:

Spicy Japanese Popcorn
  • 2 - sheets nori (dried seaweed), crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons - toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoons - togarashi chile seasoning
  • 1 tablespoons - kosher salt
  • Dill Pickle Popcorn
  • 1 tablespoons - coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoons - kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons - onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons - dill seed
  • 1/2 teaspoons - citric acid
  • 1 teaspoons - dried dill
  • Ranch Dressing Popcorn
  • 1/4 cups - buttermilk powder, plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 cups - nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoons - onion powder
  • 1 tablespoons - kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - freshly ground pepper
  • Directions:

    For each type of popcorn, pulse all flavoring ingredients into a fine powder using either a spice grinder or food processor. Toss the seasonings with 5 quarts of prepared, buttered popcorn to coat.
