Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces - Glenfiddich 12 year
  • 1/2 ounces - Root Liqueur
  • 2 ounces - Lemon Sour
  • 2 ounces - Fig Jam
  • 1/2 ounces - Apple Juice
  • 1/2 ounces - Egg Whites, optional
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker. Shake until fig jam is dissolved. Strain with a julep strainer over fresh ice into a bucket glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or a fresh fig.
