Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - sugar
  • 1 cups - peanut butter
  • 1 cups - corn syrup
  • 6 cups - Rice Krispies
  • 1 cups - chocolate chips
  • 1 cups - butterscotch chips
  • Directions:

    In a large pan, on the stove top, combine sugar and corn syrup (or you can do this in the microwave in a large bowl). Heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture just comes to a boil (stirring to prevent sticking). Remove from heat.

    Stir in the peanut butter until combined well. Then mix in Rice Krispies.

    Press mixture into a buttered 9-x-13-inch cake pan.

    In a microwave-safe bowl (or on the stove in a saucepan), melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together, stirring to combine. Spread over top of Rice Krispies mixture and allow to cool completely.

    Cut into bars to serve.
