Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons - oil or butter
  • 2 whole - zucchini
  • 1 whole - green pepper
  • 1 whole - yellow onion
  • 1 cups - corn
  • Directions:

    Heat oil or butter in medium skillet until hot. Add sliced vegetables and season with salt and pepper; cook and stir regularly until vegetables are slightly browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add corn kernels and cook for 3-5 minutes more until heated through. Serve immediately.
