  • 1 1/2 pounds - Thin Chicken Breasts
  • Directions:

    1. Slice chicken breasts thinly and season with preferred seasonings.
    2. Heat skillet over medium/high heat. You can check the heat with a sprinkle of water.
    3. Add peanut oil and get it warm.
    4. Add chicken and cook on both sides for 3 minutes.
    5. Add a lid to the skillet and set aside for 5 minutes.
