  • 1 cans - crescent roll dough
  • 1 pounds - sausage, cooked
  • 6 - eggs, beaten
  • - pepper and onion powder, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons - green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pounds - monterey jack or mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Directions:

    Unroll crescent roll dough and press into bottom of a 9-x-13-inch baking pan.

    In a large bowl combine cooked sausage, beaten eggs, pepper, onion powder, green pepper, and shredded cheese; stir well.

    Pour into pan over crescent roll dough.

    Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
