Sausage Brunch Casserole Tell a Friend

  • 1 1/2 pounds - sausage, crumbled, cooked
  • 8 ounces - crescent roll dough
  • 2 cans - mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cups - milk
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons - pepper
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish with crescent roll dough.
    Sprinkle cooked sausage on top of crescent roll dough and top that with mozzarella cheese.
    Mix together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Pour mixture into baking pan atop sausage and cheese.
    Bake about 20 minutes, then let sit 15 minutes before serving.
