Sausage and Kale Stuffing Tell a Friend

  • 1 packages - HEB Fresh Maple Pork or Turkey Sausage
  • 3 cups - Kale, Roughly chopped into 2-in pieces
  • 1 packages - Corn Bread Stuffing
  • 1 cups - Raisins
  • 5 cups - Chicken broth
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoons - Pecan halves
  • Directions:

    1. Heat a heavy-buttom skilet 2 min. on medium-high heat. Add sausage and saute until cooked through, about 7 min.

    2. Add kale and cook an additional 3 min. Fold in corn bread stuffing, raisins and chicken broth. Cook an additional 2 min. or until stuffing is moist. Season to taste w/ salt and pepper.

    3. Garnish w/ pecans.
