Sausage and Bow Ties Tell a Friend

  • 1 pounds - Italian Sausage, out of casing and broken into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups - Onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons - Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cups - Whipping Cream
  • 28 ounces - Whole Tomatoes, drained and chopped; save the juice
  • 1 pounds - Bowtie Pasta
  • - Salt, to taste
  • Directions:

    Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add sausage. Cook.

    Add tomatoes and cream. Add some of the juice (however juicy you want it to be). Cook for about 1/2 hour or until slightly thickened. Season with salt. Pour over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
