  • 1 cups - Avocados , Mashed
  • 2 cups - Leafy greens, Chopped very small
  • - Sauerkraut juice, If needed
  • Directions:

    Combine sauerkraut, mashed avocado and chopped greens in a bowl, mix well. Add a little sauerkraut juice if needed to get the texture you like. Best served immediately.
