Salmon with Dijon Sauce Tell a Friend

  • 4 whole - 6-oz. ea. Salmon fillets
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups - Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons - Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons - Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons - Minced garlic
  • Directions:

    SEASON salmon w/ salt & pepper. Place into greased baking dish, skin side down.

    MIX remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/3 C. sauce. Spread remaining sauce over salmon.

    BAKE salmon at 400 for 10-15 min., until salmon is cooked through. Serve w/ reserved mustard sauce.
