Salmon w/ Red Pepper Relish Tell a Friend

  • 1 pounds - Salmon
  • 1 tablespoons - Adam's Reserve Greek Rub
  • 1/2 cups - Robert's Reserve Roasted Red Bell Pepper & Onion Relish
  • Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 425.
    2. Remove skin and trim belly off salmon loin. Cut into 4 equal portions. Place onto lined oven pan. Season w/ Adam's Reserve Greek Rub. Cook for 14-18 min.
    3. Once internal temperature reaches 145, remove from oven. Allow to rest for about 3 min.
    4. Top with enough Robert's Reserve Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Relish to cover the top of the fillet.
    5. Serve with a green salad, rice and/or couscous.
