  • 1 cans - red salmon
  • 1/2 cups - fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • - salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons - horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
  • 1 - small onion, finely chopped or grated
  • Directions:

    1. Drain the salmon well and flake into a small bowl. Sieve the cottage cheese and add to the salmon. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a suitable dish and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

    2. Serve with crunchy vegetable crudites or with wholemeal toast taken from the Healthy Extras section.
