Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 4 - Salmon filets
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons - Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons - Butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons - Honey
  • 1/4 cups - Soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cups - Pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoons - Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Directions:

    Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place, skin side down, in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine mustard, butter and honey; brush over salmon.
