Rosemary Red Jacket Potatoes Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 24 - red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cups - butter , melted
  • 6 teaspoons - garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/2 cups - fresh italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cups - lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  • 1/4 cups - fresh rosemary leaves, minced
  • 1 teaspoons - paprika
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients except parsley in slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Before serving, toss with parsley.
