Roasted Red Potatoes Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds - red potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons - butter
  • 2 sprigs - rosemary
  • 2 sprigs - thyme
  • 2 sprigs - sage
  • 2 cloves - garlic, cracked
  • 1 pinchs - salt and pepper
  • 1 handful - parmesan cheese
  • Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 400°.
    2. Halve potatoes and add all seasoning and ingredients except parmesan cheese into a large baking dish.
    3. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
    4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese after baking.
